While the suspect Arif charged under Criminal Code Article 340 Penal Code Article 338 subsidiary and Article 339 or Article 354 Criminal Code and the Criminal Code subsider Article 351 paragraph (3) Criminal Code and Article 365 or Article 170 of the Criminal Code and the Criminal Code and Article 285 Penal Code.
While the suspect Imam charged under Article 55 (1) 1st Criminal Code and Article 56 1st Criminal Code in conjunction with Article 340 Penal Code subsider Article 338 of the Criminal Code and Article 339 Penal Code and Article 354 Penal Code subsider Article 351 paragraph (3) Criminal Code and Article 365 or Article 170 of the Criminal Code and the Criminal Code and Article 285 of the Criminal Code.
"The three perpetrators threatened the same punishment (lifetime), but for to Alim for minors, plus the Child Protection Act," said Krishna.
